A small team that finishes things

We are a Zimbabwe-based digital studio building websites, mobile apps and internal business systems. Nine years, one hundred and twenty-odd projects, and a stubborn preference for saying the difficult thing early.

Our story

Started because good software kept arriving late

devoradigital began in 2017 with a simple observation: businesses here were not short of ideas or budget. They were short of suppliers who would scope a project honestly and then actually deliver it.

So we built the studio we wished existed. Small enough that the people who scope your work are the people who build it. Structured enough that the work does not stall when someone takes leave.

Today we run projects for clients across Zimbabwe, South Africa, the UK and the UAE — from five-page marketing sites to stock control systems handling four warehouses and several thousand SKUs.

How we operate

Three things we will not trade away

Scope honestly

We would rather lose the work than win it on a number we know is wrong. Every estimate names what is included, what is not, and where the risk sits.

Build for handover

Documented, conventional, boring code. If you replace us in two years, your next developer should be productive in a week — not quoting for a rewrite.

Stay after launch

Go-live is the middle of the project, not the end. We monitor, patch and stay on the phone until the numbers in the new system match the old one.

Our process

What working with us looks like

Every engagement runs through the same four stages, at whatever scale fits.

01

Discover

We map what the business actually does before proposing a single screen. Workshops, stakeholder interviews, and an honest look at the current tooling.

02

Design

Wireframes and a clickable prototype you can click through and argue with — long before anything expensive gets written.

03

Build

Two-week increments with a working demo at the end of each one. You see progress continuously, not at the very end.

04

Launch

Migration, staff training, documentation and a monitored go-live. We stay on the call until the numbers look right.

The team

The people who do the work

No account layer between you and the person writing the code.

In their words

Clients, after the invoice was paid

They replaced a system three previous suppliers had failed to deliver, and they did it in nine weeks. The difference was that they asked about the business before they asked about the software.

Farai Mutasa Operations Director, Kariba Foods

The honesty is the thing. We were talked out of two features we were convinced we needed, and the launch was better for it.

Nyasha Banda Managing Director, Sable Group

Our field team works in places with no signal at all. The app just handles it. Nobody has had to think about syncing once.

Simba Ruzvidzo Head of Field Ops, AgriSense

Let's talk about what you are trying to build.

Tell us the problem in plain language. We will come back with an honest view of scope, budget and timeline — and tell you if we are the wrong fit.
